Quadrathlon is an endurance event involving the three disciplines of triathlon but adds an aditional sport kayaking just to make it even more challenging. Standard distance Quadrathlon is 1.5km swim, 10km kayak, 40km bike, 10km run.

Surf Life Saving is a sport that emerged from Australia that involves endurance and sprint events in the ocean and on the beach, it involves runnning, swimming, kayaking, board paddling and team events. The extra element of giant waves makes this sport especially exciting and sometimes unpredicatble. Races last from super short sprints to 6 hour enduro races.
